worth of at least $10,000,000 CAD<\/li>\n<li>Obtain a due diligence report from an authorized examiner<\/li>\n<li>Be willing and able to invest $2,000,000 CAD in the IIVC Fund<\/li>\n<li>Prove your proficiency in English or French at a CLB 5 level<\/li>\n<li>Have a completed Canadian post-secondary degree or foreign validated equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Not be inadmissible to Canada (crime, security, health, finances, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important for you to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The investment is for a 15-year term<\/li>\n<li>The investment is not guaranteed<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the 15-year term, the investment reimbursement could be less or more<\/li>\n<li>The Fund will be managed by BDC Capital<\/li>\n<li>The investment is used to finance high growth potential innovative 2016.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>The Quebec Government will only receive\u00a01750 applications\u00a0under this program.<br \/>And only\u00a01200 applications\u00a0from any one country.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Investors who demonstrate an advanced intermediate knowledge of French<br \/>are\u00a0exempt\u00a0both from the above-mentioned intake deadline and quota.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for this program, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a personal net worth of at least $1,600,000 CAD<\/li>\n<li>Have at least two years\u2019 experience in running a business in the last five years<\/li>\n<li>Intend to settle in Quebec<\/li>\n<li>Sign an agreement to invest $800,000 CAD with an authorized financial intermediary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assessment of your application will take into account other factors, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your age<\/li>\n<li>The nature and duration of your professional training<\/li>\n<li>Your language skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important for you to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The investment is for a 5-year term<\/li>\n<li>The investment is guaranteed by the Quebec Government<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the 5-year term, the investment is reimbursed without interest<\/li>\n<li>The investment can be financed by an authorized financial intermediary<\/li>\n<li>The investment is used to finance Quebec
