Me Sophie Antippa is a Canadian attorney, legal counsel, entrepreneur, and businesswoman whose career has been defined by an enduring commitment to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate important decisions, overcome challenges, and build the future they envision.
A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2000, Me Antippa founded her own boutique law firm shortly after being called to the Bar. Over the course of her career, she has developed a broad experience in immigration, family law, real estate, civil law, wills and estates, international law, and business law.
Her academic background is equally diverse. In addition to her Bachelor of Law, she holds a College Degree in Psychology and has pursued studies in music, ontology, and sciences. Her multidisciplinary interests reflect a genuine intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand not only the law, but also the people, businesses, and circumstances to which it applies.
Beyond her legal practice, Me Antippa is an experienced entrepreneur and leader. She has founded and operated several different types of businesses, from sports to health to marketing, and has developed expertise in strategic planning, project management, negotiation, business development, coaching, public speaking, communication, and leadership.
Community involvement has also been an important part of her life. From an early age, she has volunteered with schools and school boards, participated in fundraising initiatives, and served on various boards of directors. Her interests and philanthropic commitments extend to education, children's well-being, health, women's rights, civil rights, economic empowerment, humanitarian and disaster relief, animal welfare, science and technology, and the fight against discrimination.
Fluent in both French and English, Me Antippa also has an elementary knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning Greek.
Those who know Me Antippa quickly discover that her curiosity extends well beyond the traditional boundaries of law. Among her many experiences, she has learned to fly through the Air Cadets, owned a ballet school and a yoga studio, and explored the field of stem cell medicine simply out of a desire to learn.
At the heart of everything she does, however, is a simple purpose: helping people move forward.
Whether assisting an individual or family with an important life transition, advising an entrepreneur or business owner, or helping a client bring a new project to life, Me Antippa approaches each matter with personal attention, strategic thinking, and a broad perspective.
As an Antippa International client, you will not be passed from one person to another. Me Antippa remains your primary point of contact, taking the time to understand your circumstances, objectives, and priorities, and tailoring the firm's services to your individual needs.
Your goals are personal. Your legal counsel should be, too.
